How long do the meals last in the fridge?
All our meals are delivered chilled to ensure maximum freshness and nutrient density. They can be safely kept in your fridge for up to 7 days. If you’d like to store them for longer, they are perfectly safe in the freezer for up to 3 months. Every meal comes with a clear 'Use By' date on the label for your peace of mind.
Can I change or pause my weekly subscription?
Yes. You can skip a week, change your plan size or update your details directly from your online dashboard – no awkward phone calls required.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently cover UK wide. Pop your postcode into our onboarding and we'll confirm availability instantly.
How far in advance should I book catering?
For weddings and large events we recommend 2–3 months notice where possible, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last‑minute enquiries.
Can I request a meal that isn't currently listed?
Absolutely! Use our 'Recommend a Dish' tool to tell us what’s missing. Our mission is to prove you can hit your health goals without sacrificing the flavors you love.
